Ball Valves
Ball Valves belong to the quarter turn valve family, and their unique feature is the ball-shaped disc that controls the flow of media by either stopping or starting it. One of the advantages of using a ball valve is its speed, as it only requires a quarter turn to open or close.
There are several benefits to using a ball valve. Firstly, it has excellent shut on/off capability. Secondly, it experiences minimal leakage due to wear and tear if used correctly. Thirdly, it has a low maintenance cost. Fourthly, it has minimal pressure drop, which makes it highly efficient. Lastly, it is time and labor-effective to operate.
Ball valves are appropriate for applications involving fluid, gaseous, and vapor media that require a bubble-tight shut-off. Although primarily used for low-pressure applications, high-pressure and high-temperature applications can also utilize ball valves with metal seats.
Gate Valves
Gate Valves belong to the family of shut off/on valves, and what sets them apart is their unique linear disc movement. The disc in a gate valve can either be gate or wedge-shaped, which provides an effective shut-off and on mechanism. These valves are primarily used for isolation purposes, and while they can be used as throttling valves, it is not recommended as media vibration can damage the disc. The surge of the media can also cause damage to the disc when gate valves are used half-closed in a throttling application.
There are several advantages to using gate valves. Firstly, there is no media flow resistance since the gate does not obstruct the flow when fully opened. Secondly, they can be used in bi-directional flows. Thirdly, they have a simple design, making them easy to use and maintain. Lastly, they are suitable for pipes with large diameters, which makes them highly versatile.
Globe Valves
Globe Valves are part of the linear motion valve family and resemble a globe with a plug-type disc. These valves are excellent for both turn off/on and throttling capabilities.
Similar to the gate valve, the globe valve’s disc moves up unobstructed to allow the flow of media. However, globe valves are a preferred valve option for applications that do not require high-pressure drops.
There are several advantages to using globe valves. Firstly, they have a better shutting mechanism than gate valves. Secondly, wear and tear is not a significant issue even with frequent use. Thirdly, they are easy to repair as disassembly is a straightforward process.
Check Valves
Check Valves, also known as non-return valves, rely on internal pressure to open and close, rather than an outside action. The primary function of a check valve is to prevent backflow.
Using check valves offers several advantages, including their simple design, which makes them easy to use and maintain. They also do not require any human intervention, which can save time and effort. Moreover, check valves are highly effective in preventing backflow, making them an essential tool in various industries. They can also be used as a backup system in case of a failure in the primary valve system.
Check valves are commonly used in applications where backflow prevention is crucial, such as pumps and compressors. Feed pumps in steam boilers often utilize check valves, and they are also widely used in chemical and power plants for various processes. Moreover, when there is a combination of gases in one pipeline, check valves are an excellent option to prevent backflow.
Our Check Valves are designed to prevent reverse flow in pipelines, ensuring system safety and protecting equipment from potential damage. Built for reliability and low maintenance, they provide efficient, leak-tight operation under varying pressure and temperature conditions. Suitable for applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power industries.

Designed for pressures up to 1500LB, it offers durable performance and minimal maintenance, with an optional ball type design for specific applications.
Plug Valves
Plug Valves are part of the quarter-turn valve family and are named for their tapered end, which resembles a plug or cylinder. The disc acts as a bubble-tight shut-off and on mechanism, and the opening and closing mechanism is similar to that of a ball valve.
One of the primary advantages of plug valves is their simple mechanism, which makes them easy to use and maintain. In-line maintenance is also easy, and the valves have a low-pressure drop, making them highly efficient. They are also highly reliable and have a tight seal capability, which is essential in various industries. Additionally, they are fast-acting and only need a quarter turn to open or close.
Plug valves are highly effective as tight shut-off and on valves in many applications. They are commonly used in gas pipelines, slurries, and applications that contain high levels of debris, as well as in high-temperature and pressure applications. These valves are also great for sewage systems, and their design ensures that there is no contact between the media and the internal valve parts, making them ideal for highly abrasive and corrosive media.
Our Plug Valves offer reliable and quick shutoff for a wide range of flow control applications. Designed for durability and ease of operation, they provide tight sealing and minimal pressure drop, making them ideal for handling gases, liquids, and slurries. Commonly used in chemical, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries.

Inverted Pressure Lubricated Plug Valve
The Inverted Pressure Lubricated Plug Valve is designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, offering reliable sealing through a pressure-lubricated plug mechanism. Its inverted design ensures even lubrication distribution, reducing wear and operating torque. Ideal for handling hydrocarbons, steam, and corrosive fluids, this valve provides long service life and smooth, maintenance-friendly operation.

Sleeve Type Soft Sealing Plug Valve
The Sleeve Type Soft Sealing Plug Valve provides reliable shut-off and smooth operation for various industrial applications. It features a PTFE sleeve that ensures bubble-tight sealing and low operating torque. With a simple, compact design and corrosion-resistant construction, this valve is ideal for handling corrosive and viscous fluids in chemical, petrochemical, and water treatment systems.
Butterfly Valves
Butterfly Valves is also part of the quarter turn valve family. What makes butterfly valve distinct from the other valves is the flat to a concave disc that attaches to the valve stem.
Positioned in the middle of the valve with the stem bored into it or attached at one side, the disc blocks media flow when the valve is closed. The stem adds support to the disc. This design allows butterfly valve to throttle when there is incremental opening of the valve.
