Elite Project Engineering executed a refinery steam utility system comprising three 70-TPH boilers and an HRSG, with steam distributed to HP, MP, and LP networks, including pressure-reducing stations for MP and LP. The system integrates turbine-driven FD fans, feedwater and condensate pumps, a condensate treatment system, and deaeration with chemical dosing. Operation and safety are ensured  through a DCS with ~1,800 SIL-2-compliant instruments, delivering a reliable and efficient steam supply for refinery operations.
